    i tried this for 3 weeks and did get some results. I did not take any supplements so its harder to look like this guy but when you do get results it does boost confidence.

    Vice….u must not know mr grage too well. U must not have a good background in competing, and NEED to lose weight, or u r his alias. I understand the bodybuilding world very well hence my indication of the term bogus
