@utubeluva01 Cook it in almond milk, add dried blueberries and raisins, and walnuts. This gives a sweetness, a crunch, and creaminess from the milk. Seriously good.

I made some omelets for my family with red and green peppers and purple onion and it was amazing! That was before I saw this video but still x)
It was the best omelet any of us had had and it didn’t have anything else but a little bit of cheese and kept us full for a LOT longer than doughnuts or any other common breakfast food these days.

  23. auag19 Says:

I love almonds , eggs, red beans and oats :)

  24. Fat2fitNGU Says:

  25. Sophernatural Says:

okay so i wanna start off this comment saying i’m portuguese and i had no idea what the hell you could cook oat with. now i’m on a diet (yay :D ) and i’ve researched different versions of how you could cook it: the one above, then with milk (didn’t quite get if you boil it or not), then with soy or vanilla soy milk (anxious to try that one out) and even almond milk. Can any of you help me out there?

  42. RedTailedTuna Says:

@edstar83 There is such a thing as too much fruit. All fruit is high in sugar which can spike your blood sugar levels. Most fruits are also acidic and when taken to the extreme can cause cancers. It is best only to eat fruit by itself.

  43. edstar83 Says:

1:53 There is no such thing as too much fruit!

  44. Starfucker50 Says:

    @wexfordmma6
Saturated fats are not THE evil. We’d better get rid of too many carbs including HFCS. Read ’bout Dr Wolfgang Lutz and his “Life wo bread”…

  45. Starfucker50 Says:

@sbkpilot1 Since 2yrs ago I’ve been eating >20 noncage eggs/week I feel GREAT and my “good” cholesterol level has risen to the 1/3 ratio v/s total cholesterol. I quit all grains in favour to buckwheat, lentils, linen seeds and lots of nuts + veggies&fruits and OF COURSE I do not avoid fats. Fats’re healthy.

  48. aureez Says:

@aLinuxTV not fat… 4 american. Reliativity- forget your mirror and look one more time.

  49. fetymann Says:

@kcarlevato Saturated fats aren’t the devil like some of the non-fat industry and all the medical industry wants you to believe. YOU NEED FAT. Read up on Coconut oil, it is one of the best fats out there. Google: “coconut oil benefits” Oh and btw the whole cholesterol causing heart disease thing is all bs too! You need cholesterol to produce hormones! Google: “cholesterol myth” also “Bad Cholesterol no such thing” read the result from metabolichealing and naturalnews.

  50. TheWanderingInkstar Says:

    Avoid sugar substitutes! Stevia ugh!
