  9. Hrumpy Says:

Pls people stop with this “fresh vs frozen” bullshit…Before years people ate only fresh foods and were they healthier… NO… the avarage life was 60 years…
people are trying and trying to stop the evolution but pls…be smart and make researches … THINK…People are making foods cheaper not to poison you… but to SAVE LIVES. Try to sell “oragnic foods” in africa where every day 15 000 people die from hunger.
p.s. sorry for my bad english but you get the point

Healthy veggies 3 times as much? lol just buy the seasonal one they’re plentiful and cheap, or just go to your local farmer (if you have any) and get them straight from there. Also while your can veggies may be “3 times less” it probably 3 times worst for you with all the preservatives, go with the real thing guys, fresh SEASONAL veggies not preserved processed veggies that can last 2 years in your cupboard, (proggies: cook in a restaurant I know the difference)

100 videos!!! Thank you so much!!!

  14. silne08 Says:

@realmackoy88. Great. I really all comes down to whether the vegetables are in season or not. The usual consensus is: if they are in season maybe you’d like to eat them fresh. But if they are out of season, frozen is probably the way to go to get the most nutrients. Glad to hear you’re looking it up. I’ll look it up more myself. Its always good to keep learning ^_^

  15. realmackoy88 Says:

@silne08 Oke, well I’m going to do some more research on that cause I actually read it in a bodybuilding encyclopedia of Robert Kennedy, but what you are saying also make sense though, Thanks in advance ;)

    Easy meals are the best!!!

  17. silne08 Says:

@realmackoy88- Just a tip since I used to think the same thing a few years ago, your statement is actually false. Frozen veggies were frozen at their peak and therefore stay the way they were when they were picked once it’s time for you to cook them. Fresh veggies deteriorate over time, during shipments and then sitting in the store waiting for you to buy it, and finally until you finally cook them. ^_^

  18. leanbodylifestyle Says:

@realmackoy88 – Yes I know that. Not many people are willing to spend 3 times as much money on them when they are going to steam them anyway.

  19. realmackoy88 Says:

@leanbodylifestyle Actually it’s alot cheaper here in Holland, it doesn’t make sense that it would be more expensive in the US. Not only was I told that I should avoid “canned” food or deepfrozen veggies but I also read about it and it’s logic that it’s better, it’s fresh and still has all the nutrients, if you freeze you’ll lose some of it’s nutrients. I’m just trying to help out.

  20. Carljoakimmm Says:

@farkar78 stay lean and work your muscle endurance instead of max strength, which means do lots of reps but not super heavy weight. I think doing this would give you a body like mike.
    That’s my advice.

  21. farkar78 Says:

Hey mike or someone who knows fitness. I am training for a pushup test and I’ve got the training part down, I was just curious about the diet. In order to get the most reps of standard pushups would it be better to be very lean like Mike or be a bit more bulky like Mike Chang (of six pack shortcuts) who is a little more bulky. I don’t mean to insult either of you guys but I think Mike Chang has a little more muscle and fat, but would that little more muscle lift the little more muscle and fat?

  22. nutritionification Says:

    @realmackoy88: that is not correct

  23. darnit666 Says:

@CSQUAR3DsBaCk I’m no expert like Michael here. but personally I think hitting macros is way more important than carb timing. But that’s just what works for me down 8 lbs in 1 month lol, almost at single digit body fat -_-

  24. leanbodylifestyle Says:

@realmackoy88 – And 3 times as much money.

  25. realmackoy88 Says:

fresh vegetables are much better than frozen ones.
