"Healing with The Masters" can save your life and your loved ones' Big Time!

Rules: Must be a subscriber. Video Response Entries: Must post video response to this video of you making the recipe. Must include exact ingredients used to make recipe. If you have total calories and total fat per serving, please provide that info. Email Entries: Must send email to itsmemonchhichi@yahoo(dot)com with recipe, ingredients, total fat & calories per serving if you have it, and at least 1 picture of the dish. Top 3 entries will be chosen as finalist. We will make the recipes and then choose winner based on taste, ease to make, and total fat/calories. Contest ends on June 18th.

   hey hun, i am going to enter, just editing my video now, so i will post it in the morning, on the 18th, it is now 11:40 pm here and won’t have time to post it before bedtime, so i hope tomorrow i will still be on time to make the deadline!

    I’m going to try to enter this I’ll be moving soon so I’m not sure if I’ll have time. But I have to eat so I might as well tape it lol. Healthy Soul Food huh?? Very challenging. Monchhichi I’m just now realizing that’s you singing in your intro?!? Nice Oh, I will likely do a dessert. Is that ok?
